Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact support@solisutions.store. We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
