Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

To start a return, email us at support@solisutions.store with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and easy instructions.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer hassle-free exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order — subject to availability. Contact us at support@solisutions.store to initiate your exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Bodysuits
• Final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@solisutions.store with photos and your order number — we’ll make it right.
