Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order has shipped.

Standard shipping within the U.S. usually arrives in 3–7 business days after processing. International delivery times vary by location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@solisutions.store with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and easy instructions.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes — exchanges are accepted within 30 days for a different size or color (if available). Contact us and we’ll help process it quickly.
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on bodysuits or final-sale items.

How do I find my size?

What if I’m between sizes?
We recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit, or true-to-size for a sculpted, second-skin feel.
